I've been getting dizzy spells recently, and I no longer have the energy to walk at a normal pace. Since I'm breast feeding that might be the root of the drastic changes. I will add 500 calories to each day of the ABC diet because it's said that if one breastfeeds they burn about 500 calories each day.
